Role Overview:
As an Assistant Studio Manager at Aliens Tattoo, you will be responsible for managing daily studio operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. This role requires a highly organized and self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, retail management experience, and a passion for creating immersive customer experiences. You will work closely with the studio team, clients, and the HQ sales team to ensure smooth operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a positive, high-energy team spirit, fostering strong relationships between artists and team members.
  • Oversee daily studio operations, including managing walk-ins, handling customer queries, booking consultations, and turning customers into repeat clients.
  • Ensure the studio atmosphere and hygiene align with company standards, keeping the vibrant "Aliens vibe" alive.
  • Adhere to operational SOPs and processes, ensuring seamless functioning of the studio.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase studio sales, and follow up on potential sales leads.
  • Coordinate with the HQ sales team to identify process improvements and support business growth.
  • Prepare staff rosters, manage artist transfers, and arrange guest spots to ensure the studio is fully staffed at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints and objections professionally, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the design team and clients to ensure timely delivery of designs, meeting client expectations.
  • Arrange skill development training sessions for artists to enhance their expertise and maintain top-tier service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate (Any Stream).
  • 4-5 years of experience in retail store/studio management, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
  • Industry experience in Real Estate, Automobile, or Jewellery is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong sales orientation and customer service focus, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the company.
