We all know that front line manpower is major challenge for retail industry and no platform available which opens the door dedicatedly for retail industry. Retail industry allows 8% employment to the population of India. It has more than 100% attrition rate especially on frontline manpower. Where related skill development programs are less in India, other challenges like high attrition rate which causes manpower gap as well as dent to the optimum business for retail industry. One side organized retail industry’s growth is remarkable in India; second side availability of skilled manpower is low. One side there is low availability of skilled manpower, second side low income of deserving and trained people is there. Naukri Hunter wants and working towards attraction of more people to the industry from the frontline to managerial level.
