Job Overview:
A Freelance Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a variety of roles across different industries. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and has a keen understanding of recruitment processes. You will collaborate with companies to fulfill their hiring needs while managing your own workload and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Screening: Identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Initiate contact with candidates, conduct initial screening interviews, and assess their suitability for the role.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Shortlisting: Evaluate resumes, interview candidates, and provide shortlists to clients for further selection.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future roles.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and candidate status.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or agency setting.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with various industries and job roles.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Networking: Strong network of potential candidates across different sectors.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation:
- Competitive commission-based pay or project-based compensation depending on the agreement with the client.
