Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing necessary feedback to both parties.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  • Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate the onboarding process.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on current industry trends, job market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Reporting: Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to the HR team and management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
