Job Description

  • Overseeing and managing sales target
  • Planning sales strategies to meet the target
  • Fulfilling all the requirements to make sure our products are not getting delayed in launching including but not limited to launch planning, certifications, and regulatory approvals if required, etc.
  • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
  • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
  • Promotional activities
  • Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy
  • Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
  • Organizing events and product exhibitions
  • Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture
  • Monitoring performance
  • Managing campaigns on social media
  • Assists in interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training of new marketing department staff
  • Assists in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorships
  • Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars


    Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 5-9 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
  • Must have education or experience in the agriculture field
  • Must have the experience to lead a team to meet sales target
  • Any courses/higher study in marketing will be given priority
  • Professional certification (Diploma/Certificate in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Advertising, and Brand Management) a plus.

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Team management/Team expansion
  • Excellent planner and executer
  • Must open to work in the challenging environment of the growing startup
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
