Job Description

Support hiring from a mix of different sourcing channels like Employee Referrals, Internal Job Postings, Job Portals, Networking, Scheduled Recruitment Drives and General Walk-ins.

  • Control mass drop outs in Hiring by strong POEP (Post Offer Engagement Plan) and Candidate Connect Program.
  • Participate in business review meetings to understand the dynamics and challenges of business.
  • Support the organization's diversity initiatives.
  • Analyse HR related data to come up with key insights on recruitment and drive special projects to improve recruitment process efficiency
  • Work on Recruitment MIS, and generate insights and analysis to drive efficiency and quality.
