Job Description

  • Joining formalities.
  • Issuing offer letter to newly joined.
  • Generate E-Code and maintain New Joiner Data on a daily basis
  • Sending welcome mail for new joiner on a daily basis.
  • Co-ordinate with all sales team regarding VBA joining.
  • Checking new OA and update OA master data, Upload report on OA/sending E-Mail to data department for new joining on a daily basis.
  • Cross-check the new joining on a weekly and monthly basis with data department.
  • Sending B'Day mails to backend team.
  • Handling Salary slip requests of employees (Sending Salary Slips via Mail to employees)
  • Filling FNF Forms and finally submit to seniors for Processing.
  • Filling PF withdrawal forms, Signature by an authorized signatory, then follow up with the employee to visit pf office
  • Handling Conveyance Reimbursement of Employees, prepare sheet and submission to seniors for further processing.
  • Handling out duty and late coming Forms of employees.
  • Maintaining Backend Attendance & Attendance Application Queries.
  • Handling Activation and Deactivation data.
  • Handling Bank Account Updating on a Daily Basis.
  • Handling Campus Recruitment along with a team.
  • Handling and Resolving salary related queries with the help of seniors.
  • Co-ordination with the vendor for the development and implementation of Attendance App.
  • Handling all files of new joined employees, filing and record-keeping.
  • Maintain New Joiner Data on daily bases and handling joining related queries.
  • Update Employee Master data on a daily basis.
  • Provide new joined employees data inputs for salary preparation to seniors at the end of the month.
  • Handling new and old employees ESIC number generation and updating process on ESIC PORTAL.
  • Handling ESIC temporary card-making process.
  • Handle work responsibilities as per assigned by the managers.
