The Customer Relationship Manager (Pharma) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical distributors, and clients within the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical distributors.
    • Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    • Regularly meet with clients to discuss product offerings, updates, and feedback.
