Job Description
Overseeing and managing sales target
Planning sales strategies to meet the target
Fulfilling all the requirements to make sure our products are not getting delayed in launching including but not limited to launch planning, certifications, and regulatory approvals if required, etc.
Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
Promotional activities
Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
Writing and proofreading creative copy
Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
Organizing events and product exhibitions
Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture
Monitoring performance
Managing campaigns on social media
Assists in interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training of new marketing department staff
Assists in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorships
Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars
Qualifications and Education Requirements
5-9 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
Must have education or experience in the agriculture field
Must have the experience to lead a team to meet sales target
Any courses/higher study in marketing will be given priority
Professional certification (Diploma/Certificate in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Advertising, and Brand Management) a plus.

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
Team management/Team expansion
Excellent planner and executer
Must open to work in the challenging environment of the growing startup
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends)
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
