Job Description

Job Summary: The Recruitment Executive is responsible for the overall recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization. The role involves building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

    • Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
  2. Interviewing and Assessment:

    • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific positions.
    • Administer assessment tests or assignments to evaluate candidates' competencies and abilities.
  3. Coordinate Interviews:

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the interview process.
  4. Candidate Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
  5. Hiring Process Management:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and specifications for each position.
    • Ensure compliance with the organization's recruitment policies and procedures.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.
    • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate status and hiring metrics.
  7. Employer Branding:

    • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.
    • Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
