Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our team at SGRG Infra Solutions. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. This role is vital in aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and ensure continuous professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations, minimizing legal risks for the company.
