Should have expertise on commissioning of Axle Mounted Disc Brake System used in LHB coaches.
Should have trouble shooting skills in Brake caliper assembly, brake containers, Distributer valve, WSP and Dump Valve.
Should have knowledge on customer handling, spare parts handling, on time service execution.
Performing all inspections and tests required by the Research Design and Standards Organization (RDSO).
Carrying out regular maintenance checks on systems such as brakes and couplings.
Overhauling of Indian railway coaches brake equipment with inspection and testing.
Undercarriages for wear and tear or damage.
Responsible for developing a method of coordinating all scheduled maintenance activities.
Managing team, conducting training and delegating responsibilities to the team.
