Spa Front Desk Executive Job in Lucknow – Day Shift, Immediate Joining

About the role

A well-known wellness centre in Lucknow needs a welcoming front desk executive to look after guests, calls and bookings during regular day-shift hours. Women candidates are preferred. Galaxy Resource Private Limited, an executive search firm based in Lucknow, is managing this hiring.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the front desk and guide them through their visit
• Answer phone and WhatsApp enquiries and book appointments
• Keep the appointment calendar up to date and coordinate schedules
• Help with billing, payment entries and daily front-office records

Requirements

• Experience: 0–3 years (reception, front office or guest relations)
• Education: 12th pass or graduate (any stream)
• Clear, polite communication in Hindi and English
• Neat, professional presentation
• A hospitality or front-office background is an advantage; freshers with good communication can apply

Salary & benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month
• Final salary depends on experience and interview
• Fixed day-shift office hours
• Immediate joining
