  1. JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for a .Net developer to build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. You will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support.

In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. If you are also passionate about the .NET framework and software design/architecture, we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.

2-     KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Description

Key Performance  Area

Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.

 

Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.

 

Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.

Coordinate with Manager and as well as with team lead & Sr software developers.

Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies.

 

Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.

 

Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.

 

Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.

 

Package and support deployment of releases. Work with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to current Microsoft technologies.

 

Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.

Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.

Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.

 

Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.

 

Provide third-level support to business users.

 

Research and evaluate a variety of software products.

Development of.NET-Core und browser-based UI's for our machines

    Implementation of Software projects.

    Work in close coordination with teams in UK.

    Workflow and Project organization with SCRUM

    Participation in release management

    Required Web & Window based project experience.

    Strong analytical and programming skills in using technology to develop effective complex business solutions.

Employment Type- Full Time, Permanent

Shift & Timing- Day shift (From 10:00am to 7:00 pm ( Time change based on day light saving ) with lunch break 1:00pm to  2:00pm (flexible)

This job is to be performed in office premises.

5-     DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:

  • Internal: Administrator/Manager and Team Lead have all decision-making authority and in your end you can give some suggestions relevant and useful for the business.
  • External: This is also deal by Administrator/Manager. If you have some problem regarding work then you can consult with the HR management.

 

 

 

6-     QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

      First division (60%) in Xth, XIIth/Diploma, B.E./B.Tech/ and B.Sc.IT/B.Sc.CS with MCA.

     Must have 2 to 4 years of strong development skills in .NET MVC

     Strong OO design skills with implementation experience of design principles and patterns

     Around 2 year of recent experience in C#, Entity framework c#, ASP.NET MVC5, WebApi,  LINQ.

     Must have experience in JQuery and at JavaScript, Kendo UI.

     Strong understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX

     HTML5.0, CSS3, Responsive Design

     Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)

    Microsoft Azure technology platform

     Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server

     Skilled/Experience in writing automated unit tests

     Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN.

     Skilled in database programming (SQL Server, PL SQL, stored procedures, triggers, functions) and Conceptual understanding of ORM frameworks

    Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) and scrum process.

    Knowledge and experience in Waterfall, DevOps methodologies.
