Walk-In Interview for Sales Manager

Job Location- Lucknow

Type: Permanent/ full time

Salary: 20K-30K + Incentives

Educational Qualification: (MBA, BSc, BTech, BA) or any other Graduate or Post Graduate will do.

  • Skills Required: Fresher or Experienced
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Should be willing to step in to Real Estate.
  • Willing to work hard and learn the process.

Preference: Males Only

Job Responsibility:

  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs.
  • Prepare weekly reports as needed.
  • Built good costumer relationship and fulfil customer demands.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure high professional standard.
  • Maintain a proper sales planning.
  • Should have proper Real estate market knowledge.
  • Should be willing to take new challenges and meet the target.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
  • Should have good knowledge of sales and marketing.
