- Greet and welcome clients pleasantly.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Answer questions and address complaints on calls that are received at the reception desk.
- Receive letters, documents etc. and distribute them
- Keep updated data and records related to sales in Software and MS Excel
- Handle other duties as and when assigned related sales and admin.
- Prepare correspondence, excel spreadsheets. Maintains Sales database and contacts
- Supervise the housekeeping department and ensuring that all the items are there in the stock.
- Make outing going calls on sales data.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
