Orthodox is a luxury formal wear fashion brand known for its timeless elegance. We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production and ensure seamless execution of our designs.

Job Summary:
1)The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of manufacturing to ensure timely, efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
2)Production Planning: Develop schedules aligned with sales forecasts for on-time product delivery.
3)    Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate manpower, machinery, and materials.
4)Quality Assurance: Enforce strict quality control procedures.
5)    Supplier Management: Secure high-quality materials and negotiate favourable terms.
6)    Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the team.
7)    Process Improvement: Enhance efficiency without compromising quality.
8)    Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and record-keeping.
9)    Budget Management: Monitor and manage the production budget.
10)Compliance and Safety: Ensure safety and legal compliance.
11)    Reporting: Generate production reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Proven fashion industry >Production Manager experience.
Strong understanding of garment production.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Proficient in production management tools.
