Job Description

  • Responsible for Payroll processing and Statutory Compliances,
  • Responsible for Attendance Management System
  • Responsible for Contract Labour Management System
  • Responsible for all the HR related processes that are required in the entire employment lifecycle of an employee
  • Responsibility to ensure that key HR policies and processes are consistently, efficiently and effectively executed across the organization.

Periodically reviews the operational policies and procedures and benchmarking with the current industry norms
Smooth functioning of HR activities
Smooth functioning of all administrative functions
Responsible for working with team members to provide responsive approaches to employee relations and other HR issues.
Communicates with management and employees regarding Human operation issues.
