Job Description

  • End to end recruitment.
  • Recruitment & Selection Sourcing resumes through Job Portals, Head Hunting, LinkedIn, Referencing, Personal Networking, etc.
  • Initial screening and validating the profiles based on qualification, years of experience,
  • Short listing, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations and final closure.
  • He will be responsible for performing End to end HR activities.
  • Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle. Conducting interviews, selection and Joining formalities.
  • Posting job descriptions on job portals and keep them updated time to time.
  • Good in maintaining data base
