Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about CITA courses and based on their interest, convince them to attend free career counselling sessions in CITA Training Academy.

Follow up with the students in a timely manner to know the status of their visit.

Maintain regular attendance and to arrive to work on time.

Qualification - Any Graduate or Under Graduate, Dropouts with minimum 6 months experience in BPO Outbound calling profile or Graduate Fresher.

Exp. Range - Minimum 6 Months in Voice Process (Inbound or Outbound) but outbound sales candidates preferred

This Job requires Very good Spoken English, as a Tele Counsellor as you would be speaking to PAN India Candidates for Jobs and admissions

CTC - 15K to 28K in hand (Based on experience and last drawn salary)

Shift Timing - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Day shift), (Sunday fixed off)
