Job Description
<ul> <li>Specialized in handling end to end recruitment process - Screening and short listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting, Advertising vacancies, Hiring through Campus, etc.</li> <li>Interviewing & Hiring of candidates with aligning team Fitment check & Negotiating offer with candidates.</li>
<li>Responsible for smooth on-boarding activities and documentation process for the new joiners</li> <li>Employee induction, Product training & Orientation to newly joined employees.</li> <li>Looking after complete life cycle of employees from on-boarding to their exit ,including their induction, joining formality, confirmation, Exit interviews.</li> <li>Experience in handling various Employee Engagement Activity to keep boosting the enthusiasm of employees</li> <li>Work with team to generate ideas and activities regarding employee engagement within budget and timeline</li> <li>Conducting survey/feedback about the HR activities.</li> <li>Handling employee Retention cases, Employee Exits</li> </ul>
